Check out the world's largest biggest #underpants #undies proving that pants simply don’t have to be pants & size does sometimes matter :-) The largest underpants measured 25.36 m (83 ft 2 in) across the waist and 18.09 m (59 ft 4 in) from waistband to crotch & was achieved by Cottonil (Egypt) in Cairo, Egypt on 7 March 2018. The event was for the launch of a campaign to raise awareness for prostate cancer by offering free health checks. What a fantastic attention grabbing stunt gaining entry into the famous Guinness Book of Records but also creating that all important awareness of a very important health campaign. We have no doubt this would have created endless PR publicity and social media interaction. So I just had to share this great achievement by a school in Northampton who secured its places in the record books.

More than 1,500 pupils at Abbeyfield School flooded onto the playground to set a new world record for the number of high visibility vests worn in one place. We love it when awareness is raised around what is a genuine safety issue that faces all school kids & adults at winter time. At Wild Thang we love all things big, huge, massive related to products we sell. The sudden drop in temperature has given us a little inspiration this week. Check out the world’s largest knitted hat, measuring 6.90 m (22 ft 7 in) in height and 15.05 m (49 ft 4 in) in circumference. Created by volunteers from all over Europe, the hat was assembled and presented in Puchheim, Germany, on Oct. 5 2008, after 3,000 work hours.

 It’s also a reminder to make sure you are wearing something warm when temperatures fall. We just love producing standout branded clothing & merchandise, with showcase campaigns we aim to highlight the very best creative relevant and innovative ideas that will help give you a little inspiration. The brief was simple, to design & create some world class retail quality merchandise & in this case I certainly think we achieved it. Developing high impact and relevant design that really embraced Jamie’s passion on the pitch and off the pitch, placing his 23 foundation at the heart of all designs. We produced a relevant range of merchandise which included branded hoodies, t-shirts, pin badges, teddy bears, woven football scarfs, lanyards, caps, medal & wristbands. We are happy to report the project was a big success raising a significant amount of money for Jamie’s 23 foundation & created excellent social media interaction & PR publicity.
