We have had an amazing action-packed 2022 at Wild Thang, with brilliant campaigns, new members of the team, and opportunities to support a variety of charities and it was all topped off towards the end of the year by winning some great awards. We believe that with 2022 coming to an end and the fact we are starting a whole new exciting year fresh in 2023, it is important to look back at some of our biggest moments of the previous year to celebrate.
What a perfect way to start the year! It is a great honor to named one of Sourcing city’s distributors of the year for 2022 and adds another accolade to the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce Business of The Year Award we received in November making it a special 2 in 2022.
We would like to say a huge congratulations to the members of our sales team who have passed the BPMA exam with flying colours. With the pressure on to pass every one of our team who took the exam passed and we could not be prouder. Jon Parle, Carrie Dwerryhouse, Joe Nugent, Louise Henderson and Stacey Kirk managed to show their expert knowledge in the industry and become BPMA certified.
Happy New Year, Everyone! While the Wild Thang team is currently off for the Christmas break we would all still like to extend a very Happy New Year. We are all looking forward to getting back and carrying on where we left off providing the expert advice to deliver world class creative branded clothing, merchandise and print. We would again like to thank you for all your business and communications in 2022 and look forward to working with you in 2023.
Over the festive season as a team at Wild Thang, we wanted to put more time into helping in the community and put more attention into our CSR efforts. Over the Christmas period, we were delighted to welcome the Matthew Arnold Primary School children to Wild Thang HQ and we were proud to help Woolton FC & Kingsthorne FC who took part in the Yorkshire 3 peaks charity walk in memory of Joel O'callaghan ( former Woolton Fc Coach & Kingsthorne Player).
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas .... We would like to extend a enormous thank you to all of you and as part of that thank you we have sent out gifts and packs to our clients.
Last Friday, Wild Thang celebrated our annual Christmas Jumper Day with the team, this is our opportunity to get into the festive spirit and say a big, big thank you to the whole Wild Thang team for their commitment and dedication in helping us achieve so much in 2022, even with the financial challenges we have continued to make fantastic progress as a team and company, our Liverpool Chamber of Commerce Business Of The Year Award really did top it off.

Our fun filled day included a raffle, best Christmas Jumper competition, and surprise treats for the whole team including incredibly tasty pies from Home Baked Bakery which is a Community Owned Bakery in Anfield, Liverpool #MoreThanAPie, a festive mince pie from Costa Coffee and as we are merchandise experts, we also provided a high quality personalised mug as our festive gift for every staff member.

Christmas is the time when we can all make a difference which is why this year for our festive themed Christmas Jumper Day, we raised money for the John Haynes Foundation which is very close to Wild Thang’s heart, with our team having known John before his passing both personally and professionally.

The Foundation itself is focused on delivering professional coaching and mentoring, helping individuals build resilience so they can realise their own potential and ‘Fly With The Eagles’. Our raffle and best Chrimbo Jumper competition raised a total of £400, we’d like to thank our generous staff for contributing and helping make these donations possible, you’re the best.
Our final little bit of Christmas cheer was to encourage our team to donate food items to help those less fortunate so this year we deliver to the St Vincent De Paul Church Food Bank just before we finish for our festive shutdown.

Another year is coming to a close, and Wild Thang is shutting down for the Christmas break. We want to thank everyone, including partners, clients and staff for all the hard work this year.
Christmas is fast approaching, and it was time to celebrate the Wild Thang way! On Friday after a week of hard work the whole Wild Thang team met up at the fantastic hard day’s night hotel for our Christmas party!
