Wild Thang's heart goes out to all those affected by what is happening in Ukraine at the moment.

We believe everyone should do what they can to help, big or small. This is why, as a team we are proud to have sponsored and supplied the T-shirts for our friends Batala Mersey who have Drummed for Ukraine, raising over £5K to support the Ukrainian people, which is simply fantastic. Batala Mersey is an upbeat and energetic community drumming group bringing the rhythms of Afro-Brazilian samba!

BATALA MERSEY UKRAINE DONATION GET IN TOUCH

Well this just simply had to be this week’s Wild Thang Merchandise. It was a record breaking year for BBC Children In Need this year raising over £50 million which is simply incredible. Congratulations to all those who participated and all those people that gave up their time & got involved for such a worthy cause.

I can’t think of a better example of a charity campaign that has taken merchandise to their heart and placed it centrally to all their fundraising campaigns. It’s great to see branded t-shirts & various other merchandise in virtually every social media interaction but also being retailed across the UK.

We should never underestimate the power of the photograph to capture the moment of any campaign or event & deliver real impact, think PR exposure,  driving endless social media sharing on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & Snapchat. Hopefully you can really start to see the benefits of branded merchandise and print really making a big big difference .

We just love producing standout branded clothing & merchandise, with showcase campaigns we aim to highlight the very best creative relevant and innovative ideas that will help give you a little inspiration. The brief was simple, to design & create some world class retail quality merchandise & in this case I certainly think we achieved it. Developing high impact and relevant design that really embraced Jamie’s passion on the pitch and off the pitch, placing his 23 foundation at the heart of all designs. We produced a relevant range of merchandise which included branded hoodies, t-shirts, pin badges, teddy bears, woven football scarfs, lanyards, caps, medal & wristbands. We are happy to report the project was a big success raising a significant amount of money for Jamie’s 23 foundation & created excellent social media interaction & PR publicity.
