Check out the world's largest biggest #underpants #undies proving that pants simply don’t have to be pants & size does sometimes matter :-) The largest underpants measured 25.36 m (83 ft 2 in) across the waist and 18.09 m (59 ft 4 in) from waistband to crotch & was achieved by Cottonil (Egypt) in Cairo, Egypt on 7 March 2018. The event was for the launch of a campaign to raise awareness for prostate cancer by offering free health checks. What a fantastic attention grabbing stunt gaining entry into the famous Guinness Book of Records but also creating that all important awareness of a very important health campaign. We have no doubt this would have created endless PR publicity and social media interaction. UNDERPANTS

At Wild Thang we love all things big, large, huge, massive related to products we sell. Now the clocks have gone back its cold & dark out there so really important to stay safe and highly visible on the roads. So I just had to share this great achievement by a school in Northampton who secured its places in the record books.

More than 1,500 pupils at Abbeyfield School flooded onto the playground to set a new world record for the number of high visibility vests worn in one place. We love it when awareness is raised around what is a genuine safety issue that faces all school kids & adults at winter time. "Lest we forget" We just love it when big organisations and premier football teamssupport the Thank You 100 Poppy Appeal & British Legion. This just had to be my merchandise in action this week, it is really great to see football & in this case Everton FC supporting such an incredibly important commemoration year and charity. The branded football shirts, jerseys & banner really does capture the moment & tell the story.

Every little makes a difference and it’s always nice to support individuals that are directly involved in giving up their spare time and energy to making a difference to others selflessly, which is why Wild Thang were only too happy to help. In this case the main organiser is trying to raise £50,000 to provide crucial cancer therapies for Kate McIver.

At Wild Thang we love all things big, huge & massive realted to products we supply, inspired by my recent Vimto 110KM charity ride I thought I would share the world's largest cycling  jersey. This giant-size cycle jersey was created by Team Sky for the start of the 2014 Tour De France. The unveiling of the whopping  25m x 25m jersey took place in Millennium Square in Leeds city centre for the start of that years race. It was a real privilege & honour to be at the finale in Liverpool of the round the world clipper race. After 40,000 nautical miles history was made in Liverpool when Australian Sailor Wendy Tuck became the first woman to ever win a round the world yacht race after leading her Sanya Serenity Coast team to clinch overall victory in the Clipper 2017-18 Race. An incredible achievement and huge congratulations to that team but also to all the other clipper yachts that competed, just to finish is an awesome achievement for skipper and crew. We simply love this type of celebration that really captures that incredible moment when the trophy is lifted by the team.
