Well this just simply had to be this week’s Wild Thang Merchandise. It was a record breaking year for BBC Children In Need this year raising over £50 million which is simply incredible. Congratulations to all those who participated and all those people that gave up their time & got involved for such a worthy cause.

I can’t think of a better example of a charity campaign that has taken merchandise to their heart and placed it centrally to all their fundraising campaigns. "Lest we forget" We just love it when big organisations and premier football teamssupport the Thank You 100 Poppy Appeal & British Legion. This just had to be my merchandise in action this week, it is really great to see football & in this case Everton FC supporting such an incredibly important commemoration year and charity. The branded football shirts, jerseys & banner really does capture the moment & tell the story.

We think this image is just a fantastic example of merchandise in action but it is literally so much more. Over the past weekend approx 1.3 million people flooded into the streets of Liverpool to get a glimpse of the incredible Giant spectacular & without the volunteers shown in this photograph it simply would not have been possible. All of those individuals gave up there time for free to keep the crowds safe and in good spirits so families could enjoy this once in a lifetime very special cultural event.
