At Wild Thang, we're more than just a team! Last Friday night, we embarked on a musical journey through Liverpool's rich history with the Beatles Story, followed by a memorable evening at the Longshot bar. It was an unforgettable night filled with laughter, camaraderie and a touch of nostalgia.

The Beatles Story Venue

We began the night with the Beatles Story tour located on the world-famous Albert Dock. We were greeted with drinks, given headphones and sent on our way around the tour of the greatest band there ever was! It was amazing to see the way they told the story and the authentic Beatles relics scattered around the tour.

The Beatles' music is synonymous with Liverpool and as we basked in the tunes and stories of John, Paul, George and Ringo, it was hard not to feel a deep sense of connection with the city's musical legacy. With Wild Thang being born in Liverpool it only feels right to bask in our city's rich history and enjoy it as a team.

Having worked with The Beatles Story before we have a great relationship with their team and it was fantastic to not only see their facilities and how they operate but it was also great to see some of our world class Wild Thang merchandise on display, many thanks to their whole team but especially Mary and Hollie who really made us feel like special VIP’s.

The Cavern Club 

This social was extra special as it marked the beginning of exciting journeys for some of our team members. We're thrilled to welcome our new colleagues, who have already become an integral part of our team. Their enthusiasm and fresh perspectives have injected even more energy into our creative hub. This includes Maisie – Purchasing Dept in Sales, Jack – Digital Department, Jaymee  - Graphic Design and Neil – Warehouse.

But that's not all! Its now our tradition at each social event to thank our whole team for their outstanding efforts and to celebrate some landmark work anniversaries. These incredible milestones reminded us of the dedication and passion that have been driving Wild Thang for years. It's amazing to see how far we've come and we can't wait to see where the future takes us. A huge congratulations to John Kelly on 20 years of service on 22nd September and to Amy Riley for 5 years of service on 13th August!

After our enlightening Beatles adventure, we made our way to the LongShot bar, one of the best sports bars Liverpool has to offer. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as we settled in for a night of relaxation and celebration.

As we raised our glasses, we toasted to the Wild Thang Way that defines are team spirit. Our team isn't just about work, it's about supporting one another, creating unforgettable memories, and forging lifelong friendships. We are more than colleagues, we are all part of the Wild Thang family that celebrates each other's successes and milestones.

As the night came to a close, we left the LongShot bar with smiles on our faces! The Beatles adventure had taken us on a magical journey and the LongShot bar had given us the perfect setting to unwind and bond. We would like to extend a gigantic thank you to the staff at both venues for hosting our team and giving us such a perfect night.
