Direct-to-Film is a process where we print your design onto a film and apply this using heat seal technology, really good for single to full colour designs and can be applied to a wide variety of garments.

Direct-to-Garment. A high quality printer applies the design directly onto your garment, really useful for full colour branding and complicated designs, garments must be 100% cotton.

A process which is mostly used for smaller designs, applied via industrial machinery to decorate your garments using needle and thread, a classy way to finish your garment branding.

A technique where ink is applied to a surface by being pushed through a mesh screen, typically onto garments, a hard-wearing process that can be used on many garment types.

  • Shell: 50% Recycled polyester, 50% Polyester bonded with fleece, C6 finishing; Padding: 100% recycled polyester Repreve padding (Bluesign); Lining: 100% nylon taffeta
  • WP 5000 / MVP 5000 - tested according to ISO811:2018 and ASTM E96/96M
  • Medium winter coat
  • The outer fabric is bonded with fleece on the inside
  • 2-way waterproof zipper at the front and a waterproof zipper on the chest pocket
  • Reversed nylon zippers on the side pockets
  • Quilted lining with inner pocket
  • Tricot brushed fabric on the inside of the pockets for warm hands on cold winter days.
  • Fixed hood
  • Normal machine wash at 40 degrees
  • Do not tumble
  • Ironing: Highest temperature allowed - 150 degrees
