We are thrilled to announce some significant steps forward in our commitment to employee wellbeing at Wild Thang. We have signed a partnership with MindClass, who have created a groundbreaking mental health platform. Additionally, two of our amazing team members, Simon,Screenprint Manager, and Stacey Kirk, Sales Manager, have recently completed their mental health first aider training. This was organised by our partners health at work and delivered by Wellbeing First Aid, marking a new era in our approach to workplace wellness.

Stacey Putting Our Mental Health Posters Up Around Wild Thang HQ
MindClass, a fellow Liverpool-based innovator, offers a comprehensive suite of mental health and wellbeing resources tailored to the modern workplace. Their platform provides an extensive library of courses on a variety of mental health topics, accredited by the prestigious Royal Society for Public Health. This includes an essential course on Mental Health Awareness, designed to empower our team with knowledge and tools to support their mental health journey.

We are incredibly proud of both Stacey and Simon, who undertook the Mental Health First Aider training. A huge thank you to health at work for organising our training which was Carried out by Wellbeing First Aid! This training included extensive modules on recognising mental health issues, providing initial support and guiding colleagues towards appropriate professional help. Their new expertise not only allows them to support our team but also helps them manage their own mental health for the long term.

The timing of our partnership and training is particularly meaningful as we ramp up activities for Mental Health Awareness Month in May. These initiatives are just the beginning of our enhanced focus on mental wellbeing, emphasising the importance of proactive mental health support in the workplace.
