The Chartered Institute of Fundraising North West Conference 2024 was an incredible two-day event filled with knowledge-sharing, networking and innovation. Hosted at the stunning Crowne Plaza Hotel in Chester, the event brought together fundraisers, charities and sponsors for an enriching experience. Over the course of the two days, we had the privilege of attending various sessions that covered everything from coaching to sharing best practices. These sessions were expertly designed to empower, elevate and connect attendees, making this year's theme especially impactful. It was inspiring to hear the speakers discuss innovative approaches with ESG being one of the real focus topics which really embodies the third sectors and the conference’s ethos.

Michelle, Callum and Andrew were proudly representing Wild Thang over the two days sharing expert advice. It was fantastic to engage with so many passionate third sector individuals who visited our stand, including a good number of current charitable organisations we complete work for across a number of our services. We showcased our diverse range of world class campaign merchandise, clothing and print, with many sustainable options ensuring attendees understood how branded merchandise can play a crucial role in their charities marketing and fundraising efforts.

Our Sustainable Spin To Win Wheel 

Our fun Spin-to-Win sustainable wheel of fortune was back in action giving attendees the opportunity to enter the champagne draw and have the chance to win a variety of sustainable merchandise, including sustainable charging banks, bamboo pens and more. It was great fun seeing the excitement throughout the day which eventually culminated in completing a live champagne draw at the final closing speech, big congratulations to the winner.

This conference not only gave us the opportunity to learn & see firsthand how charities and fundraisers are adapting to an ever-changing landscape. We played our part by also sharing our very own expertise and commitments to ESG that will help them achieve better impact on for their own marketing goals, brand awareness and sustainability.
