We are thrilled to report that Wild Thang's first social of the year was a resounding success! On the evening of Friday, 31st March, we embarked on a Brewery Bus Tour of the city, where we enjoyed a fantastic evening filled with fun, laughter, and lots of beer!
Our Brewery Bus Tour began with a private transfer from Wild Thang HQ to our first stop, throughout the evening, we visited four different venues, where we were treated to a range of delicious beers, and we learned all about Liverpool's fascinating beer brewing history. We started our journey in a small family brewery local to Wild Thang and the team saw beer production on a small scale and We ended our journey at the Love Lane brewery right in the heart of the Baltic triangle, we enjoyed a delicious 12” pizza each and went on a tour of one of the biggest breweries in the UK.
As manufacturers ourselves we loved hearing about the commitment to produce something that is of outstanding quality and hear about the full process from raw ingredients through the whole brewing process which was incredible. But the thing that really stood out was the dedication of the head brewer and their teams to create something that was creative, completely unique in taste and world class.
Our Brewery Bus Tour was an incredible opportunity to bond with our colleagues and friends over something fun and unique. We spent the evening laughing, chatting, and sharing stories as we explored the city and tasted delicious beers.
The venues were amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The final destination was in the city center, where we spent the rest of the night dancing and having fun.
At each team social event we take important time out to not only thank all our amazing team for all their efforts over the past quarter, give the warmest of welcomes to any new staff members which this time included Gemma, Alex and Kellie.
The finale of the evening is to celebrate and present some long achievement awards that have happened since our last social event and there were some really special ones on this occasion with Darren our Warehouse manager reaching 5 years of service and our head of design Steven reaching the amazing milestone of 15 years of service, we can’t thank them both of them enough for their Wild Thang Way commitment dedication and commitment.

Regular business socials are so important for team building and improving morale. It is the perfect opportunity to take a break from the daily routine, bond with colleagues and create memories that will last a lifetime.
