JoJo Siwa, a global pop icon and performer, embarked on her Bulletproof UK Tour to connect with fans through high-energy live shows and exclusive merchandise. With a dedicated and passionate fan base, JoJo Siwa sought to deliver a premium tour T-shirt that reflected her vibrant brand while extending availability beyond the live events through a long-term e-commerce solution.
JoJo Siwa required a sustainable, retail-quality T-shirt to be sold at event pop-up stores during the UK tour. The focus was on producing a premium organic/recycled Stanley/Stella garment with high-quality print, ensuring both sustainability and style. After the tour, Wild Thang was tasked with stockholding remaining merchandise, building an e-commerce platform for nationwide fan access, and implementing a dropship model to manage ongoing fulfilment.
Wild Thang delivered a comprehensive merchandise and distribution solution for JoJo Siwa’s Bulletproof UK Tour, designed to combine event retail with ongoing fan engagement.
· Sustainable Retail Garment: Produced a premium Stanley/Stella T-shirt using organic/recycled materials, retail-quality print, and low-impact production methods.
· BCorp & Eco Commitment: As a company on the B Corp journey, Wild Thang emphasised low eco impact apparel choices, aligning the project with responsible sourcing and ethical production standards.
· Event Pop-Up Store: Merchandise for live UK tour events, giving fans immediate access to exclusive items.
· Post-Tour Stockholding: Returned unsold merchandise to Wild Thang’s UK warehouse for secure storage and ongoing management.
· E-commerce Store Build: Designed and launched a branded online store to extend fan access nationwide after the tour.
· Dropship Fulfilment: Managed end-to-end order fulfilment, including picking, packing, and delivering directly to individual fans’ addresses.
This hybrid approach ensured JoJo Siwa’s fans had access to sustainable, high-quality merchandise both during and long after the live shows.
