The event was held on March 22nd, 2023, at the magnificent Hilton Hotel Liverpool and it was a night to remember. The Good Small Business Awards is a new innovative event which is the first of its kind to take place in the UK, to highlight the most innovative and sustainable SMEs in the UK that are committed to ‘Progress Not Perfection’.

As an SME business ourselves, this innovative event was the perfect moment and platform to officially announce our own long term sustainability pledge because we understand how crucial it is to support and promote small businesses that contribute positively and support long-term sustainability goals, which perfectly aligns with our own values and commitment to becoming Carbon Net-Zero by 2030.

Wild Thang chose to sponsor the ‘Retail & Wholesale Champion Award’, it was an incredibly special moment for our MD Andrew Dwerryhouse to present the winners award on the evening to The Refill Shop of Ikigai & our whole team passes on their huge congratulations. It was incredibly inspiring to see the variety of businesses from across the UK entering the awards, all of which are making a positive impact in their own unique way so further huge congratulations to all those finalists and award winners on the evening.
