THE CLIENT:
Bistro Qui is an independent chain of restaurants established in 2003 the company ethos is based on the appetite for fresh food, quality wines, beers and the desire to exceed customer expectations all of which were the driving forces behind setting up the first restaurant, Bistro Pierre, in Liverpool’s vibrant Cavern Quarter, the rest as they say is history.
THE BRIEF:
Bistro wanted to create a unique partnership with a high quality company that could deliver one complete solution to deliver all its paper print, marketing materials and branded uniforms, keeping prices very competitive while meeting the very highest standards.
THE RESULTS:
Wild Thang created the solution to deliver across the independent chain of restaurants all of which have unique individual branding on a restaurant by restaurant basis. Working very closely with their team we formed a strong partnership by recommending and carefully planning the products, the design, stock, store and delivery solution to the highest possible standard. Showing our creative edge within the design was another critical factor while putting in place a service agreement which included an agreed tight delivery timescale for each order and also stock and store standard products. This all meant we delivered a solution that gave value for money and exceptional service. The client is incredibly happy because we have never failed to deliver on any part of the service agreement in all the time we have held the contract!
