THE CLIENT AND EVENT:

Asahi Super Dry was the official beer of Rugby World Cup 2023 which kicked off in France in September 2023. Sharing a passion for excellence and creating unforgettable moments, the partnership will showcase the unique SuperDry taste of Japan’s No1 beer across the tournament and enrich every fans experience through the unique taste of modern Japan.

THE BRIEF:

Asahi wanted brand recognition, high utility, and a wide reach to give hospitality guests an unforgettable experience! With the right selection of stand out, quality branded uniforms and merchandise that aligned with the brand, targeting the right audience at the right time, and working with a World Class Agency allowed us to deliver on just that!

To produce a unique host and staff uniforms that showcased the brand across 33 hospitality events and 5 hospitality spaces.  This included a range of off the shelf uniforms including soft shells as well as bespoke manufactured 3D embroidered caps, silver foil bomber jackets, dye matched polo shirts, aprons, and unique giveaways such as embroidered berets engaging with the host nation.

To also produce VIP gifts and lanyard passes to give guests a memorable experience leaving them with a lasting impression of the Asahi brand through quality gifts including charger cables, tech backpacks, bottles, and quality coasters to dress the hospitality spaces, its always the small finishing touches that boost the brand.

THE RESULTS:

Hospitality guests were engaged with the brand at the events. Most guests where drinking Asahi beer and all guests became familiar with the brand and were left with quality merchandise that will keep the brand at the forefront of the guests minds for many years to come.
